Who I Am
I am someone who is convinced that the best ideas rarely emerge alone. That is exactly why I have spent many years working on communication, collaboration, and the question of how knowledge can be put to better use.
I am fascinated by how something shared emerges from many individual contributions. When that succeeds, it often creates not only better results, but also more satisfaction and motivation.
It probably comes down to my curiosity. I want to understand what moves people, what makes teams stronger, and what sometimes makes collaboration unnecessarily complicated.
