This website uses technically necessary cookies to operate the site and, subject to your explicit consent, third-party cookies and tracking technologies for analytics and marketing purposes. You can withdraw or adjust your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings on this website.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

This website uses the analytics and conversion tracking tool “LinkedIn Insight Tag” provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland). When you visit the site, this snippet transmits data (including IP address, device and browser characteristics, URL, referrer URL and timestamp) to LinkedIn, where it is encrypted and pseudonymised within seven days. The pseudonymised data is deleted after 180 days.

LinkedIn uses this data to create anonymised reports on the website audience and the performance of advertisements, and to enable retargeting. This allows targeted advertising to be shown to you outside this website without you being personally identified.

Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021), which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie banner. Spam Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the contact form against automated misuse (provider: Cloudflare, Inc. or Cloudflare Germany GmbH). In doing so, technical data (including IP address and browser information) is processed in order to distinguish human from automated access. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in preventing spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Turnstile does not use classic tracking cookies. Further information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Appointment Booking (Calendly)

For online appointment booking, I link to the Calendly service (Calendly LLC, USA). Only when you click the booking link do you leave this website, and the privacy policy of Calendly applies (calendly.com/privacy). Merely visiting this website does not transmit any data to Calendly.

Web Hosting

The website is operated by an Austrian / European hosting provider. When the site is accessed, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser, date/time) is recorded in server log files and deleted after a short period.

Your Rights

In principle, you have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Datenschutzbehörde (Austrian Data Protection Authority).
