Too many meetings, too little result. Participants had different expectations, decisions remained open, and tasks weren't consistently followed up on.
Approach
Conversations with managers and employees. In a workshop, we developed simple, practical meeting guidelines — from preparation to follow-up. Technical options and hybrid collaboration were factored in from the start.
Result
Less time spent, more accountability. Decisions are documented, responsibilities are clear, and meetings become well-invested time with concrete results.
