Challenge
Preparing emerging leaders for their new role. The transition brought new tasks, expectations, and challenges.
Approach
Development of a multi-month leadership program. Through workshops, transfer assignments, and accompanying sparring sessions, participants reflected on their role, worked on concrete situations from their everyday leadership, and learned from one another.
Result
More confidence in the leadership role, clearer communication, and a shared understanding of leadership. Participants benefited not only from the content but also from the exchange within the group and their colleagues' experiences.
